Owner, Speech-Language Pathologist

Ranna is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Illinois. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Master of Science Degree from Saint Xavier University.

Ranna has experience working in an early childhood center, home-based speech therapy services with elementary-aged clients, and high school-aged students. In her career, she has worked with a variety of communication disorders and has knowledge regarding augmentative and alternative communication (AAC), expressive/receptive language disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, fluency, autism, and developmental delays.

With the majority of her career in early childhood settings, she recognizes the importance of collaboration with the whole team. She enjoys working with families and knows that they are an integral part of the team. Ranna knows that following a child's lead and building trust with her clients is important to a successful therapy session.

Alexis (Lexi) is a licensed speech-language pathologist in the state of Illinois. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Master of Science Degree from Saint Xavier University. 

Lexi has experience working at a therapeutic day school and outpatient clinics. Lexi has always put fostering authentic connections and creating meaningful experiences at the forefront of her practice. Lexi is currently becoming a DIR®-FCD/FloorTime provider supporting children with developmental delays and differences.

Lexi is a firm believer that every child deserves a voice and is passionate about AAC. Lexi has programmed and utilized communication devices with various applications (e.g., TouchChat, LAMP Words For Life, Tobii Dynavox). She has trained various team members and family members on how to implement communication techniques across different settings. Lexi believes that team collaboration with other therapeutic disciplines and the family is essential for the child’s progress!
